Payment Policy

• You can book your tour with us at 20% advance to get the confirmation.
• Confirmation will be expedited within 48 hours (two working days) after the booking amount.
• Balance payment is to be made one week (14 days) before the commencement of the tour.       

Cancellation Policy

• The booking amount is non-refundable.
• 50% deduction from advance / received amount if canceled 10 days before check-in date.
• 100% deduction from advance / received amount if canceled 7 days before check-in date.
• No refund for same-day cancellation

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• The company shall not be responsible for any loss/ delay/ cancellation due to natural calamity, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the company. In such cases, the company won’t be held responsible for any further expenses bearable, in accordance with Transportation, Food accommodations, and any miscellaneous cost.
• If a guest, instead of check-in at the reserved place, reaches elsewhere and requests for adjustments of the amount, it shall not be entertained.
•  Be prepared to be understanding and flexible, as we can make last-minute plan changes due to any unforeseen conditions for your safety and well-being. We will keep you updated on the same in case any last-minute changes are made to the tour plan.
